FAQ

Q: Why indoor golf?

A:  Indoor golf is great for everyone!  No matter your skill level, indoor golf can be enjoyed by beginners learning the game in the privacy of one bay, while a player in the next bay can be sharpening their skills to compete in the club championship.

Q: Are the rates per person or per bay?

A: The rates are per bay.  If a 4-some wanted split the cost of one off peak hour ($40), it would be $10 per player.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: No! Golf attire is always welcome, as are jeans and athletic attire.

Q: Why is it so important that my clubs are clean?

A: Dirt and debris on the clubs can cause damage to the screens, turf, and technology.  If your clubs are dirty, we can clean them before you play.

Q: Do you offer lessons and club fittings?

A: Evan Silkworth, PGA and Steven Simeon have given thousands of lessons over their careers, and can help you play the best golf of your life!  For more information about lessons and club fittings, email evan@hvigolf.com.

Q: How long does it take to play?

A: It takes approximately 1 hour per player to finish 18 holes, once familiar with the system.  We recommend booking extra time for your first visit.  Player's ability may also impact how long it takes to play.  For a foursome to play 18 holes, it takes approximately 4 hours, while 9 holes will take about 2 hours.

Q: Do I need my own golf clubs?

A: It is always best to use your own clubs; however, we do have rental clubs available.

Q: Do I need to wear golf shoes?

A: No, clean soft spike golf shoes are welcome, but not necessary. However, only clean shoes can be worn in the simulator bays.  So if the weather outside is frightful, please bring a change of shoes before entering your bay.

Q: What else should I bring?

A: Just yourself! We will provide tees and new balls for use during your round.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: We ask that all cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.  We reserve the right to charge the full amount for unsold times cancelled within 24 hours.

Q: Can I just come to enjoy the bar and not play golf?

A: Absolutely! Our bar is open to all patrons, whether or not you know the difference between a pitching wedge and a sand wedge. Everyone is welcome, no matter if they Swing, Sip, Repeat, or just Sip, Repeat.
